"This was our first time trying Puerto Rican food, and Boriken Restaurant absolutely blew us away! The pork mofongo was incredible. The plantains were seasoned so well that I could've eaten them on their own, and the pork was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was perfection."
